Our data is always obtained from reliable, regulation compliant sources. We have multiple suppliers that we use for various campaigns in different industries. These suppliers all use strict processes to ensure GDPR compliance.
Can I Provide My Own Data?
If you have your own data list for us to call, brilliant! We do however ask that you ensure that any data that you provide is regulation compliant so that any and all campaigns we carry out, are done so lawfully. This not only protects our business, but maintains your image as a reliable, trustworthy business.
How Long Is a Pilot Campaign?
The minimum length of a pilot campaign is 10 days. This allows us enough time to understand the best approach to the campaign that will give you the best outcome. This also allows enough time for you to see the results that just a few days can bring and decide how to proceed with any future campaigns.
When Was Inspired Established?
Inspired came to life a few years ago when our Managing Director, Kevin, decided that he was tired of the way that some telemarketing companies worked. Kevin wanted to provide an honest, reliable and effective service for businesses in a range of industries and that's exactly what we do at Inspired.
Where Does Inspired Operate?
Inspired is based just outside of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom. The majority of our clients operate in the UK, but we also have multiple clients who are based in other countries or operate internationally.

Our telemarketers do make commission, but it works slightly different from most companies. The team only receive commission via client renewal. This means rather than earning commission on a per-lead basis, they earn commission when a client renews their contract with us. This is far better for the client as our teams are focused on making them happy, rather than generating as many leads they can.
Does Inspired Use Scripts?
At Inspired, we do not use scripts. Any questions that are needed to qualify a lead or an appointment, are naturally worked into the conversation so that the interaction with your prospect is relaxed yet professional rather than a pushy sales pitch. No two interactions are the same, and each of our telemarketers have their own unique approach.
